$NVDA Earnings: Strong Numbers, Stronger Momentum

NVIDIA delivered another powerful quarter:

Revenue: $96.2B (+106% YoY)
Data Center Revenue: $89.0B (+117% YoY)
Revenue and earnings both beat expectations.

Now I’m watching the post-earnings price action closely. If NVDA breaks higher with strong volume, the bullish momentum could continue. A rejection, however, could trigger a short-term pullback before the next move.

For me, this remains a strong earnings report.

What grade would you give NVDA?

A 106% increase in revenue would be a monster performance in any industry, and NVDA has become the pick-and-shovel seller for the entire AI infrastructure sector. The only question now is valuation—if the market is willing to assign it a higher multiple next year, it can continue rising; otherwise, it will need time to digest the gains. I favor buying in batches on dips rather than chasing highs.

This earnings report is basically flawless, but what really determines the outlook is the guidance and next week’s price action. If it breaks above the previous high on strong volume, I may add to my position; if it surges and then retreats, I’ll have to trim a bit first to protect my profits.

Although the earnings report was impressive, the stock price has already priced in a lot, making it risky to chase the rally. It’s better to wait for a pullback.

The numbers are explosive—what more can be said about 106% growth?

I’d give it an A+, but the stock market trades on expectations, so don’t blindly chase it.

Data centers up 117%? The AI bubble theory can take a break.
