After this move up from the bottom, HYPE has been moving sideways and is now hugging the EMA5, while the EMA30 has also caught up. The bullish structure is indeed still intact. However, with this being a “bullish consolidation,” the biggest risk is a sudden breakdown on heavy volume, so setting the SL at 81.2 is quite reasonable, though I think it could be placed a little lower to avoid a wick. Also, setting TP2 at 83.2 is somewhat conservative. If the broader market cooperates, an altcoin like HYPE should have more upside. Use a trailing stop-loss to let the profits run.

Going long is no problem, the stop-loss is clear, and I’m following the trade.

Wasn’t this supposed to be a bull-market consolidation? How is the daily MACD fast line already about to turn down? It looks strong on the hourly timeframe, but don’t chase the rally—wait for a pullback to 81.5 before making a call.

EMA5 and EMA30 are both holding, and MACD is also bullish. The risk-reward ratio for going long at this level is acceptable, but 82.5 faces considerable resistance, so remember to reduce your position when it reaches that level.
