MACD golden cross? Don't fool yourself—this is a rebound within a downtrend.

The rebound at 2.146 is indeed quite strong, but we can’t ignore the fact that it’s still down today. Going long at this level is like catching a falling knife. It’s advisable to first see whether the yellow line at 2.293 can hold; enter only after it does, and don’t rush to place an order.

The stop-loss is too tight—get ready to be wicked out.

The risk-reward ratio on this trade is a bit poor: entry at 2.295, stop-loss at 2.24, with 55 points of risk; the first target at 2.33 is only 35 points away, and the second target at 2.38 is only 85 points away, so the risk-reward ratio is under 1:2. Unless this is a breakout trade meant for a quick in-and-out, it won't be worthwhile in the long run.

Meme coins like TRUMP are highly vulnerable to sudden news, and Trump can cause sharp wicks in either direction with a single post. The 2.24 stop-loss you set based on technical analysis could easily get taken out by a liquidity trap before the price rebounds. If you really want to play it, you’d be better off widening the stop-loss to 2.20 and using just 1% of your capital to take a small-position bet on a rebound.

EMA5 and EMA30 have both held, and MACD has also formed a golden cross, so the logic is sound. The issue is that the entry price is stuck at 2.28–2.295, too close to the yellow resistance line; if it fails to break through 2.293, it will likely pull back. It is recommended to split the position into two entries: test with a small position first, then add on a breakout.
