$MRNA ‌Up 14.38% – Is This a Short Squeeze or a Real Turnaround?"

$MRNA just exploded! Up 14.38% today to $158.87, with a high of $161.37 and low of $141.21. After dropping 20% last week, Moderna is fighting back — but is this a short squeeze or the start of a real recovery?

📊 My Analysis:

· Current Price: $158.87 (+14.38%)
· 24h High: $161.37 — major resistance
· 24h Low: $141.21 — now acting as support
· MA5: $158.85, MA10: $158.10, MA30: $154.34 — price is above all, strong bullish
· MACD: Negative at -0.42 but DIF (2.81) is above DEA (3.23) — bullish crossover approaching
· Catalyst: Energy, commodities, and tech are set to outperform — and biotech is following

💡 My Take:
This is a strong bounce. The 14.38% gain today is significant, and the price is above all moving averages. However, $161.37 is a tough resistance level. If it breaks, $170 is next. If it rejects, we could see a pullback to $150.

🔑 My Strategy:
I'm buying here at $158 with a stop at $148. If it breaks $161.37 with volume, I'll add more targeting $170. If it pulls back to $150, I'll double down.

Is MRNA a buy or a sell after this massive rally? Let me know! 👇

The analysis is quite comprehensive, but I think the key still lies in the news. What’s the difference between guessing the direction based solely on technical indicators and fortune-telling?

I like this kind of trading plan with a stop-loss—it at least shows discipline. However, entering at 158 feels a bit like chasing the rise; waiting for a pullback to 155 would be safer.

A feast for short-term traders; long-term investors probably can’t be bothered to act at all. Vaccine stocks are now weighed down by policy risk, so reducing positions on rebounds is the way to go.

Where can this data be seen? The current price is 158.87, but no one can say for sure whether it will change after hours.

A 14% surge is indeed strong, but it only rebounded after dropping 20% last week—are we really calling this a reversal? Let’s first see whether it can hold above 161.

This stock has fallen so much from its pandemic peak to now that a 14% gain is merely a small consolation; it still has a long way to go before truly emerging from the bottom.

There’s only a $10 range from 161 to 170. Taking the risk of a pullback to 150 for that doesn’t offer a very favorable risk-reward ratio, does it?

A 14% move and you're calling it a reversal? Have you been watching crypto too much? U.S. pharmaceutical stocks don't keep rallying continuously that easily.

I’m in, but only with a half position, planning to add if it pulls back to 150. I’m just worried it’ll skyrocket without giving me a chance.

I’m shorting, and getting squeezed today has really shaken my confidence. But this rebound is most likely to flush out shorts, so keep holding.
