#Gate股票观点挑战 +$SNDK
SNDK (SanDisk) has recently fallen 9%, marking a stage where risk release and opportunity coexist; the key is distinguishing short-term sentiment from long-term fundamentals.
Short-term risks have not yet been fully released.
This decline was mainly driven by the “good news priced in” plunge in Samsung following its shareholder returns, concerns that Nvidia server price increases could lead to “uncontrolled AI costs,” and market profit-taking sentiment.
The stock had previously gained significantly, and its valuation had fully priced in optimistic expectations; any signal of slowing growth will trigger selling pressure.
Technically, the $1,400–$1,500 range is an important support zone, and it is not advisable to make a large bottom-fishing position before the stock stabilizes.
But the long-term fundamentals remain strong.
SNDK’s core thesis remains unchanged: demand for NAND flash memory from AI data centers is growing exponentially, the company’s 2027 capacity has already been fully sold, its joint venture plant with Kioxia is maintaining high gross margins through proactive production controls (reaching 84.6% in Q4), and it has signed long-term agreements worth more than $90 billion, significantly improving earnings predictability. Institutions including Morgan Stanley continue to give it an “Overweight” rating, viewing the pullback as a buying opportunity.
The current situation is more likely a “retreat of sentiment” than a “cycle peak.”
The market is returning to rationality from “mindless frenzy” and beginning to reassess factors including capacity expansion, gross-margin volatility, and macro interest rates. For investors, chasing higher prices is inadvisable; they can wait for the stock to stabilize below $1,400 before building positions in batches, with a focus on its ability to maintain gross margins, progress on long-term agreements, and NAND price trends.$SNDK
