$NVDA | Watching the AI Infrastructure Leader

NVIDIA remains one of the most important names in the AI infrastructure cycle.

The long-term thesis goes beyond GPU demand. Increasing AI workloads, data-center expansion, and accelerated computing are driving sustained investment across the entire technology stack.

From a market perspective, I’m watching three things closely:

• AI infrastructure spending
• Data-center demand and growth
• Whether earnings growth continues to justify current expectations

The opportunity remains significant, but valuation also matters. At these levels, strong execution and forward guidance will be critical for maintaining momentum.

For me, $NVDA remains a key stock to watch as the AI investment cycle develops.

AI adoption is growing. The next question is how long the infrastructure cycle can sustain its pace.

After looking around, NVIDIA still seems the most solid, but if the major CSPs collectively slash their orders one day, this cycle will be over.

This wave of data center expansion is no exaggeration: capex has exceeded expectations in every earnings report, NVDA is benefiting as well, but its valuation is also steep enough to make you choke.

Honestly, I’m also watching these three metrics, but what I fear most is growth suddenly being halved next year. When that happens, even the best narrative will have to take a valuation hit first.

Nvidia is now the AI arms dealer—whoever wins has to buy its chips, making the logic ridiculously solid.

In the long term, demand for computing power will only become more extreme, but in the short term, the stock price has already fully priced in expectations for the next two years, so be very careful about chasing the rally.
