$COIN is one of the more interesting ways to watch the connection between crypto and traditional markets.

Coinbase benefits when crypto activity, trading volume, and user participation increase. That makes the stock highly sensitive to the overall crypto cycle.

What I’m watching now:

• BTC strength
• Trading volumes
• Coinbase revenue growth
• Institutional crypto demand
• $COIN price reaction around key levels

If the crypto market enters another strong expansion phase, $COIN could remain one of the U.S. stocks worth watching closely.

Not financial advice. DYOR.

When prices rise, Coinbase reaps the biggest gains; when they fall, it also takes the hardest hit, clearly showing its cyclical-stock characteristics. I’m more focused on whether BTC can hold key levels.

Trading crypto by watching BTC’s moves is no longer enough; now you also have to keep an eye on Coinbase’s stock price. Interesting.

Coinbase is the crypto market trendsetter—rock solid.

First Review
Treating Coinbase as a thermometer for the crypto market is actually quite apt, but note that it is itself a U.S. stock, heavily influenced by interest rate hikes and risk appetite, so the two cannot simply be equated. It can only be said that they mutually validate each other.
