WLFI Co-Founder Criticizes Justin Sun

WLFI co-founder Zak Folkman criticized Justin Sun, calling his comments on what is “right” ironic while pointing to regulatory issues involving HTX.
Folkman also referenced past regulatory action and a reported SEC settlement related to alleged wash trading.
The broader takeaway is worth considering: in crypto, strong opinions about what others should do often attract attention, but regulatory history and documented facts matter more than online arguments.
Rather than taking either side, it’s better to verify the underlying claims and understand the context before forming an opinion.
Crypto moves fast. Information should move carefully. DYOR.

Arguing back and forth is less useful than checking regulatory records; only those with clean hands have the right to lecture others. DYOR is the only hard truth.

While accusing others of sarcasm, they themselves have also faced no shortage of compliance controversies. As the project teams in this saga turn on each other, onlookers should not rush to believe either side.

Folkman criticizes Sun for having double standards when talking about “right and wrong”? Then again, Sun isn’t exactly free of dirt either... In this kind of mutual mudslinging, the only right thing to do is dig up and verify all the accusations from both sides.

Honestly, arguments in crypto are all too common, but bringing up HTX and the SEC is somewhat interesting. Everyone should look into the details of wash trading before taking sides.

Isn’t this actually the crux of the matter: how loudly people shout online is irrelevant; regulatory documents and legal facts determine who has the stronger case, while everything else is just emotional venting.
