MSTR is moving strongly again after Bitcoin recovered. Current price sits at 112.29 after a solid push from the 104 area.
Looking at the 4H chart, price broke out of the recent consolidation range with strong green candles. The Bollinger Bands are expanding and price is trading above the upper band which shows momentum is still active. MACD has turned positive and the histogram is growing, confirming buyers are in control for now.
Bullish scenario:
If MSTR holds above 110 and Bitcoin continues higher, the next target zone is 120 to 125. Pre-market already showed 125.65 so that level is realistic if momentum continues. A clean break and hold above 113.69 would open the door for further upside toward 130. The story remains simple. When Bitcoin rises, MSTR usually amplifies the move because of its large Bitcoin holdings.
Bearish scenario:
If Bitcoin cools off or MSTR fails to hold 110, we could see a pullback toward 104 to 105 first. A deeper correction would target the middle Bollinger Band near 98. Losing the recent low around 108.35 with volume would signal the short-term momentum is fading.
My current view:
I am watching the 110 to 112 zone as key support. As long as price stays above it and Bitcoin remains strong, the bullish case stays valid. I prefer waiting for a small pullback or a clear retest before adding rather than chasing the current candle.
