Bulls explode, challenging $75,000; Bitcoin posts five consecutive daily gains and breaks through the key $67,000 level

After the surge, the bulls have regained the initiative. More importantly, Bitcoin did not follow U.S. stocks lower during their correction, indicating that buying support below remains strong.

The market is currently testing the $75,000 resistance level. A breakout and firm hold above it could further open up upside room toward the $80,000 round-number level.

It is worth noting that if $75,000 fails to hold, a pullback to key levels will follow: Resistance: $75,000; Support: $70,000, $67,000

Summary: The trend has strengthened. Next, all eyes are on whether $75,000 can be broken to confirm the move—whether it flies directly or steps back before taking off.

Don't get so excited—only holding above 75,000 counts.

Five consecutive bullish candles on the daily chart, along with a breakout of the key level, indicate that the trend has turned bullish, but don’t rush to chase the rally. The 75,000 level is the dividing line between bulls and bears: if it holds with strong volume, the price will head straight for 80,000; if it struggles to break and hold above it, it will most likely need to pull back toward 70,000 for another shakeout. Strategically, I’ll add to my position only after the breakout is confirmed.

If 75,000 holds, get on board; if not, wait for a pullback.

The fact that this move didn’t follow U.S. stocks lower shows there is indeed capital providing support underneath, but the resistance level is no mere formality either. If 75,000 breaks upward and holds, it will be a whole new ball game; if it fails to break through, 67,000 is the bottom of this pullback. I think it’s still best to wait patiently for the direction to become clear and avoid getting hit from both sides.

U.S. stocks are falling, but it isn’t; the buying support is indeed strong. Still, no one can say for sure without testing 75,000. I’m inclined to first look for a pullback to 67,000 before the next move up.
