I took a close look at this plan from a friend, and the logic checks out: the moving averages are in a bearish alignment, the MACD has formed a death cross, and 0.01638 is strong resistance. But there’s one issue: the entry zone is 0.01545-0.01555, while the current price of 0.01532 is already below it, so it would need to rebound to reach that zone. If it breaks below 0.0151 and moves straight down, this trade won’t be entered. So it’s best to place two orders: one short on a rebound and one short on a breakout—whichever fills first is the one to take.

If it fails to break above 0.01638, the bears are still in control; if it does, the bearish thesis is invalidated.

These low-cap contracts have poor liquidity and high slippage. If you place a stop-loss at 0.01580, it may actually execute at a worse price. Consider using a market order or widening the stop-loss to a structural level, such as above 0.01600, while halving the position size. The 0.01494 target is the previous low; it will likely bounce on the first test, so don’t go all-in expecting it to reach the target in one move.

0.01494 as TP2 is a bit far; there is also minor support at 0.01510 in between.

Technically, this is a standard bearish setup, but its execution is mediocre. The entry range is too narrow, and the current price is just below it. Either wait for a rebound to present an opportunity or chase with a small position. The take-profit and stop-loss ranges are roughly the same, so the risk-reward ratio is mediocre. Don’t hold the position if it moves against you—exit if it breaks below 0.0158.

The bearish trend is intact, but I’m not chasing it. I’ll wait until it rebounds to around 0.0155. If it breaks directly below 0.01510, I’ll short the rebound, with a stop-loss at 0.01530.

It’s already down 3.22%; it may be oversold in the short term, so chasing the short carries considerable risk. Wouldn’t it be better to wait for a rebound before shorting? 0.01550–0.01560 is a good range.

Technically, it is indeed bearish, but note that the current price of 0.01532 has actually risen above EMA5 at 0.01531. Is the copy saying it broke below EMA5 a mistake? Don’t just look at the headline—confirm it on the chart.
