Stop loss at 0.304 is about 1.3% below the 0.31 entry, while the first take-profit target at 0.316 offers around 2%, so the risk-reward ratio is fairly decent. But what if a wick breaks below the 0.3075 support? It could then head straight to the 0.30 round-number level. I think the stop loss here is a bit tight; it depends on your individual risk tolerance.

The plan is quite clear, with the entry, stop-loss, and take-profit levels all specified. Just follow it as is—don’t make random changes.

Where’s the screenshot? What’s the point of saying anything without a picture?

Reminder: perps have funding rates and liquidation mechanisms, so a 5% rise in spot prices doesn’t mean you’ll make much on futures. Keep your position below 20%, or the funding fees may eat into it before your stop-loss is triggered.

Every time I see this kind of perfect support level, I can’t help but laugh. When it actually reaches that level, you’ll know what slippage is.

The 0.304 stop-loss is too tight—it could be taken out directly by a wick.

This entry range is about the same as the current price—should we place a limit order and wait for a breakout?

Looking at the daily chart, isn’t this still in a downtrend? The odds of going long near the moving average on a rebound are average, so I’d rather wait for a pullback below 0.30 before considering it. Alternatively, I’ll wait for a confirmed breakout above 0.3321 before chasing; although the profit is slightly lower with a right-side entry, it’s safer.

After rising 5.57%, it is still holding above the moving average, indicating that bulls are defending the market. However, 0.3149 above is resistance from the previous high, and a breakout is only valid if accompanied by increased volume. If it is a false breakout, do not hesitate to exit immediately.

What’s the perp funding rate now? If the long funding rate is high, holding overnight could cost a pretty penny.
