The Fear & Greed Index jumped to 62 GREED.

Retail spent weeks expecting BTC to go lower.

One big pump later, everyone is suddenly bullish again.

Be careful.

BTC still needs a weekly close above key resistance to confirm a real trend shift.

A few days ago they were still calling for it to fall to 20,000; now one bullish candle and they've all changed their tune. Retail investors really do have memories of only three seconds.

In one sentence: Beware of false breakouts. This kind of market wipes out those who swing both ways.

I agree with the author's view. Buying in panic and selling in greed is common sense, yet most people always do the opposite. The current greed level of 62 is precisely a reminder to stay calm, not to FOMO. It is not too late to act after the close is confirmed.

Whales just love playing this way.

These sharp pumps are the most deceptive: as soon as you can’t resist entering, it turns back.

The market taught all the bears a lesson with one big bullish candle, but don’t forget how long it fell beforehand. The index jumped from fear to greed in just a few days, showing excessive emotional volatility. It’s best to keep your hands off.

Pumping to liquidate shorts—once they’re wiped out, longs could be next. Don’t get too carried away.

Without weekly confirmation, it’s all just nonsense.

Every time retail traders collectively turn bearish, the market stages a violent pump; once everyone piles in, it starts dumping again. The script is all too familiar.

Don’t rush to call the bull market back— a daily wick and a genuine breakout are two different things. Let’s wait until the weekly chart holds firm. Those chasing longs now are just like those who chased shorts before, all handing liquidity to the market makers.
