Strategy Inc. (MSTR) delivered a powerful rebound as Bitcoin surged toward the $70,000 level, sending one of the market’s most closely watched Bitcoin-linked stocks sharply higher.

MSTR jumped more than 12% during Wednesday’s session, briefly reaching around $106.90 before closing back above $100. Bitcoin’s move from below $65,000 toward $70,000 provided the main catalyst behind the rally.

The relationship between Bitcoin and Strategy remains extremely important. Strategy holds 840,447 BTC, making MSTR highly sensitive to Bitcoin’s price movements. When BTC rallies strongly, investors often increase exposure to MSTR as a way to gain indirect Bitcoin exposure through the stock market.

The latest move also highlights how quickly sentiment can change in crypto-linked equities. After trading near $190 in May and falling toward the $90 area more recently, MSTR has now reclaimed the $100 level.

However, investors should remember that Strategy is not simply a traditional technology stock. Its massive Bitcoin treasury and financing structure can amplify both gains and losses.

Strategy recently sold 1,690 BTC for approximately $108.6 million and raised another $653.1 million through common-stock sales. The company increased its USD reserve to approximately $4.65 billion, showing how closely its capital strategy remains connected to its Bitcoin holdings.
