$RAY ‌— NEUTRAL ZONE, WAITING FOR CONFIRMATION

Let's go through what the charts are showing for Raydium.

RAY is currently trading in a neutral zone, but the overall structure is bullish. Higher lows are forming, and the trend is moderate. Momentum is sitting at 68/100, which is decent, but volume is weak. The breakout is still unconfirmed — two requirements have not yet been met, so there is no active trade setup right now.

The price is moving between strong support at $0.6179 and strong resistance at $0.6805. Support is holding well, and as long as price stays above it, the bullish case remains intact. Resistance at $0.6805 is the key level to watch — a confirmed break above this level with volume would open the door to higher targets. However, volatility is elevated, meaning price swings could be wider than usual.

Plan:

· No LONG or SHORT right now.
· Wait for a 4H close above $0.6805 with volume — then target $0.7200 and $0.7500.
· Wait for a 4H close below $0.6179 — then target $0.5800 and $0.5500.
· Stop-loss: Determined after entry.

Then vs. Now: RAY has been building a base between support and resistance for a while. This is a classic accumulation phase — but accumulation doesn't always lead to markup. The market is waiting for a catalyst. If you're already in, keep your stop tight. If you're watching, wait for the breakout.

Advice: The structure is promising, but the breakout is unconfirmed. The best move is to wait for price to show its hand. Entering early without confirmation increases the risk of getting caught in a false move. Let the market confirm the direction before committing.

If 0.6179 breaks, 0.58 may not hold either. Don’t catch a falling knife.

Support at 0.6179 and resistance at 0.6805, with limited room on either side. Enter after a breakout; the risk-reward ratio is actually decent, but the risk of a false breakout must be controlled with a stop-loss.

The author is absolutely right that we should wait for the market to show its direction. Opening either a large or small long at this point would leave me trapped, so I’d rather wait.

I think regardless of whether prices rise or fall, position sizing comes first. The range in this neutral zone is only two or three tenths, so there’s no point in taking a heavy position.

Speaking of low-volume breakouts, I’ve been burned by other coins before too. They looked ready to break out, but as soon as I entered, the price got dumped. I learned my lesson: I have to wait for the 4-hour candle to close for confirmation, preferably with increased volume; otherwise, I’d rather miss it. There are plenty of opportunities in the market, so missing this one isn’t a big deal.

Everyone says the bull market is here, but an altcoin like RAY is still flat—waiting for a catch-up rally? If BTC pulls back, it could be the first to fold.

Blogger, could you explain how you determined the 0.6805 level? It looks to me like the previous high combined with Fibonacci.

If you enter after the breakout and the retest holds above 0.68, you can keep holding; otherwise, exit. Waiting for the 4H close for confirmation is actually quite reasonable.
