After bottoming, gold prices have rebounded, but this is only a post-decline correction. The broader trend has not reversed and remains weak.
Do not blindly chase longs during the rebound. If prices rise and meet resistance, continue to favor shorts. Watch the overhead resistance zone and wait for a pullback to support before considering longs at lower levels.
