Nvidia has made a deal with OpenAI and SB Energy. They are going to get 12GW of power for their intelligence computers in Ohio. This deal is for 20 years. The first part of the power 4.25GW will be ready by 2028. This is a commitment. It means Nvidia and OpenAI are planning for a time, not just a short time.
They are doing this because they want to make sure they have power for their computers. Now the biggest problem is not the computers themselves but getting enough power and space for them. SB Energy is helping with this.
If we look at the chart for Nvidia we can see that the stock price is near 225. It went up a lot. Then stopped moving. The price is still above the price for the last 50 days, which is about 222. It is also above the price for the last 200 days, which is about 212.5.
There is a resistance zone at 226-227. This means that if the price goes above this zone it could keep going up. There is support at 224 and 216. If the price goes below 222 it could be a problem.
My idea is that the current situation is a pause before the price goes up again. I think this because the price is still above the prices. If the price goes above 226-227 it could go up more.. If it goes below 222 I would have to rethink my idea.
The deal between Nvidia and OpenAI is a positive thing.. We still need to look at the chart to see what is happening. The 20-year lease is a time but it does not mean the price will not be volatile.
