Gate Event Points System Is Live

The system is now live and gives you a clearer way to earn, track, and manage activity points. It makes participation simpler, more transparent, and keeps everything in one place.

1. What Is the Event Points System?

It’s a system that rewards eligible activities with points, which are then recorded so you can easily track them.

2. Why Is the System Important?

It gives you a single, unified view of your participation and the points you’ve collected.

3. How Can Users Earn Points?

By completing tasks or joining events based on the specific rules for each one.

4. Clearer Points Records

You can easily see when you earned points, how you earned them, and which activity they came from.

5. More Organized Activity Participation

It helps you better plan what to join and understand what’s required ahead of time.

6. Different Events May Have Different Points

Each event can have its own rules, conditions, and point values.

7. Keep an Eye on Official Updates

Rules can change, so it’s a good idea to check official announcements regularly.

8. Points Are More Than Just Numbers

They reflect your participation history, not just account balances.

9. Follow the Participation Rules

Make sure to participate honestly and avoid any form of manipulation.

10. Improved User Experience

This system replaces manual tracking with a clearer and more structured process.

11. How to Get Started

Join an event, read the rules, check if you’re eligible, complete the tasks, and then verify your points.

12. Stay Rational About Points

Points are secondary—what matters most is understanding and properly completing the activities.

13. Clear Rules Are the Foundation

Clear rules help make participation fair and easy to understand for everyone.

14. Building a Long-Term Participation Record

Every activity you join adds to your overall participation history over time.

15. What Should Users Watch After the Launch?

Keep an eye on the rules, check your point records, and stay updated with new announcements.

16. Impact on the Activity Structure

The system brings all events under one consistent points framework.

17. User Experience Remains Important

It’s designed to stay simple, clear, and easy to use.

18. Continue Following New Activities

New events may come with different rules and point setups.

19. Final Thoughts

This system brings everything into a clearer, more centralized structure. Just follow the rules, take part in activities as usual, and keep an eye on your points as things continue to evolve.

Points are ultimately just a record of participation. Don’t put the cart before the horse—read and understand the rules carefully before taking action, and consider any points you accumulate along the way a nice bonus.

I really like this design that brings participation history and points together. It feels like building your own activity archive on-chain, which will be quite meaningful to look back on in the future.

To be honest, the rules vary somewhat for each campaign, so you should get into the habit of reading the announcements. Otherwise, it would be a waste to work hard completing the tasks only to end up with no points.

This points system has indeed made things much more convenient since going live. We used to have to take screenshots and keep track of our participation in events ourselves, but now we can simply check the records, which saves a lot of hassle.
