$ADA is still respecting its ascending channel on the daily chart.

After rejecting the upper boundary, price is now rotating back toward the channel’s mid-range. The structure remains bullish while the lower trendline continues to hold as dynamic support.

A clean bounce from the mid or lower channel could set up another push toward the upper boundary.

Key level to watch: channel support.

Everyone keeps talking about dynamic support, but when it actually breaks below, how many people dare to buy? ADA’s chart pattern looks good, but volume hasn’t followed; I’d rather wait and follow once it bounces cleanly off the lower trendline.

The daily-chart structure remains intact, but selling pressure at the upper boundary is clear. Price will likely test the middle or lower band in the short term. Conservative traders should avoid chasing highs; place limit orders and wait for channel support before entering, and stop out if it breaks.

Honestly, coins that move along an ascending channel are the most comfortable to trade. Every pullback is a chance to get in; I just don’t know whether this time it can find support around the middle band again.

There is still hope as long as the lower boundary of the channel holds.

The upper boundary was just rejected, and price is now pulling back to hover around the middle band. The key is the lower trendline—as long as it continues to provide support, the bulls haven’t lost yet.

This pullback to the middle band is actually quite healthy. Don’t rush to exit; wait for a volume-backed rebound before considering adding to your position.
