APT/USDT on the weekly timeframe: the price is near multi-year lows, and the technical picture is extremely bearish. However, the project's fundamentals remain strong, creating a classic contradiction between price and value.

📉 Technical picture: “A Bloody Mess”

The chart reflects a bearish picture for APT on the weekly timeframe:

· Deep drawdown: The current price of ~$0.56 is at levels last seen in late 2023. This is a decline of more than 80% from the yearly highs.
· “Death” signal from the moving averages: All key EMAs (5, 10, 20, 60, 200) are above the price and pointing downward, which is a powerful bearish signal.
· Oversold indicators, but no reversal: An RSI of 30-31 indicates severe oversold conditions, but in a strong trend, this can persist for a long time. The MACD histogram is attempting to turn upward, but the main line remains deeply negative.
· Bollinger Bands breakout: The price is holding near the lower Bollinger Band ($0.4066), indicating extreme volatility and strong selling pressure.

At the moment, technical analysis gives a clear SELL signal. Tools for shorting look preferable to attempts to catch the bottom. Bounces from current levels should be viewed as a correction within a downtrend.

🏗️ Fundamental gap: “Light at the End of the Tunnel”

The paradox is that while the price is collapsing, the Aptos ecosystem is showing active growth:

· Institutional breakthrough: Aptos received dual recognition as a commodity from the SEC and CFTC — a rarity that lowers barriers for institutions. Tokenized assets from BlackRock and Apollo Global have been launched. RWA assets on the network are approaching $1 billion.
· Technology and ecosystem: The blockchain remains one of the fastest (< 25 ms). Despite the price pressure, Aptos allocated $50 million to develop AI projects and infrastructure.
· Reaction in the support zone: Selling volume around $0.55 is beginning to slow, which may indicate seller exhaustion and potential accumulation.

💎 Conclusion: Is There a Future?

Aptos most likely has a future, but it may not arrive tomorrow.

· Short-term outlook (months): The technical trend is bearish. The price may test the $0.40 lower boundary or set new all-time lows. This is a time for accumulation, not speculative entry.
· Long-term outlook (years): The potential is enormous. If Aptos continues attracting institutional capital into RWAs and stablecoins, this will create a solid foundation for future growth. 5-10-year forecasts range from conservative (around $1) to more optimistic.

Strategy: A dollar-cost averaging (DCA) strategy at the current all-time lows could be considered, but with a clear understanding that this is a high-risk long-term investment. For short-term trading, following the downward trend currently appears safer.

What is your investment horizon? If you plan to hold the position for 1-2 years, this could be an interesting entry point for a first “position.” If you are a trader, it may be worth waiting for confirmation of a reversal.
