🔥 $FHE Technical Analysis | 2.8x Buy Volume Accumulation or Another Fakeout?
$FHE is showing an interesting shift in short-term market behavior after a 2.8x buy-side volume spike.
The move comes after an extended decline and a sweep of recent lows, which makes the current reaction worth watching closely. Strong buying volume appearing after downside liquidity has been taken can sometimes signal that sellers are becoming exhausted and buyers are starting to absorb supply.
That said, volume alone isn't enough to confirm accumulation. The next reaction around key levels will determine whether this is the beginning of a recovery or simply another temporary bounce.
🟢 Bulls need to defend 0.02495–0.02515
The first area I'm watching is the 0.02495–0.02515 support region.
If price consolidates above this zone after the volume expansion, that would be constructive.
The ideal long confirmation would be:
A controlled pullback into 0.02495–0.02515
Strong rejection wick from support
Bullish engulfing candle
5M/15M double-bottom or market-structure shift
Increasing buy volume during the reversal
A successful defense would suggest buyers are willing to absorb sellers at higher prices.
🎯 First target: 0.02557
The immediate upside objective is 0.02557.
This is the first important resistance area and a logical place for partial profit-taking.
If price reaches 0.02557 and holds momentum rather than immediately rejecting, the next target becomes:
0.02648
A clean break above 0.02557 accompanied by increasing volume would make the continuation scenario much stronger.
The roadmap is therefore:
0.02495–0.02515 → 0.02557 → 0.02648
📈 Preferred long setup
I wouldn't chase a vertical candle after a volume spike.
Instead, I'd prefer price to either consolidate above 0.02495 or retrace toward 0.02515, then show a clear bullish reaction.
A potential confirmation area is around 0.02515–0.02520.
The important part isn't the exact entry price — it's the reaction.
If price reaches the zone and buyers immediately step in with a bullish engulfing candle, strong rejection wick, or lower-timeframe structure shift, the risk/reward becomes more interesting.
⚠️ What if 0.02557 rejects?
This is where the setup becomes more complicated.
If $FHE reaches 0.02557, prints a strong rejection and then closes back below 0.02495, I'd avoid forcing the long thesis.
That would suggest the buying spike may have been absorbed by sellers rather than representing sustained accumulation.
In that scenario, I'd rather wait for price to reach a deeper support area and see how buyers react.
🔻 0.02431 is the deeper level to watch
If the market loses the immediate support zone, 0.02431 becomes important.
A strong sweep below 0.02431 followed by an aggressive reclaim could create another short-term bounce setup, potentially targeting back toward 0.02515.
But if price breaks below 0.02431 and continues accelerating lower without a meaningful reversal, the bullish setup should be abandoned until a new structure forms.
📊 Volume is the confirmation
The 2.8x volume spike is what initially makes this chart interesting.
But I want to see whether that volume produces something more meaningful:
Volume expansion → support holds → higher low → resistance reclaim
That's much stronger than simply seeing a large green candle.
If volume suddenly disappears while price struggles around resistance, the move could lose momentum quickly.
📌 Key levels
Immediate support: 0.02495–0.02515
Preferred confirmation area: 0.02515–0.02520
First resistance / TP: 0.02557
Major upside target: 0.02648
Deeper support: 0.02431
Bearish warning: Close below 0.02495 after rejection
Deeper invalidation area: Sustained weakness below 0.02431
🧠 Final outlook
My short-term bias is cautiously bullish following the 2.8x buy-volume event and the recent downside liquidity sweep.
But I'm not going to label it confirmed accumulation yet.
The real test is whether $FHE can hold 0.02495–0.02515, establish a higher low and attack 0.02557 with increasing volume.
If that happens, 0.02648 becomes a reasonable continuation objective.
If 0.02557 rejects aggressively and price loses 0.02495, the bullish thesis weakens considerably and I'd wait for a deeper reaction around 0.02431.
The volume spike created the opportunity. The retest and structure will determine the trade.
