🟠 BITCOIN UPDATE | Volatility Is Back

Bitcoin is facing renewed pressure today as traders remain cautious ahead of U.S. inflation data. Recent market commentary points to a combination of CPI expectations, fund outflows and selling pressure weighing on crypto sentiment.

📊 What I'm watching:
🔹 BTC's ability to reclaim lost levels
🔹 Trading volume during any breakout
🔹 Whether support holds after a pullback
🔹 Reaction to upcoming macroeconomic data
⚠️ A sharp move doesn't automatically mean a trend reversal. Confirmation matters.

My approach: don't chase the first move—wait for price action to confirm the direction. 🎯

💬 What are you watching right now: BTC breakout 📈 or further correction 📉?

Let’s wait for the CPI release before making a move; jumping in now could easily get hit from both sides.

Honestly, chasing longs or shorts here feels awful. Better wait for the 4-hour candle to close for confirmation. If volume doesn’t follow, the rebound is likely fake—sit on your hands for now.

I actually don’t think we need to be too pessimistic. Before the macro data is released, major players can’t be bothered to push the market higher anyway. The key is to watch whether BTC can hold a key support level after tomorrow’s CPI release. If it wicks down and recovers, that could actually be a good opportunity to test the waters; if it breaks down outright on heavy volume, just stay on the sidelines and don’t catch a falling knife.

The interesting part isn't predicting the next candle—it's seeing whether BTC can actually hold the important levels after the volatility settles. 📊🎯
