ME News reports that on November 8 (UTC+8), the JD Coinlink official website appeared to have gone offline and is now inaccessible. According to Qichacha, the company status of JINGDONG Coinlink Technology Hong Kong Limited is “Still Registered.” JD previously announced plans to issue a cryptocurrency stablecoin in Hong Kong pegged 1:1 to the Hong Kong dollar (HKD). JD Coinlink had participated in the Hong Kong Monetary Authority’s stablecoin issuer “sandbox,” but was not among the first batch of licensed stablecoin issuers. (Source: ODAILY)
