ME News, Nov. 8 (UTC+8) — CoreWeave has written to Texas Governor-elect Gina Hinojosa, expressing its hope to work with her incoming administration to advance the state’s existing and future data center projects.

CoreWeave co-founder and CEO Michael Intrator said in a statement: “You have made it clear that data center development must serve the interests of Texas. We strongly support these principles.” He added: “We hope to have the opportunity to work with your transition team to responsibly complete projects that have already been approved and establish clear, stable, and sustainable long-term standards for future development.”

In an interview with CNN on Thursday, Hinojosa said: “Texas has always been a state that supports business development, but things will be different when I take office as governor. There must be a partnership between businesses and government that benefits the people of Texas.” (Source: ODAILY)
