The trade that left the deepest impression on me was this: even though I could already see bearish signs, I almost got out early because of a few rebounds. $TRB moved from 16.26 to 13.68, and the final result was recorded as +1121.49%. That grinding “millstone” stretch beforehand really consumed my mindset more than the drop itself.

Back then, the price repeatedly spiked higher, but each time it quickly fell back, as if it were repeatedly testing the sell pressure overhead. A lot of people would look at this kind of move and think the market is strong. I, however, didn’t feel there was a pull with sustained follow-through—more often it felt like it was draining the momentum and the emotions of people chasing trades, while the shorts were simply waiting for a real breakout point.

In the middle, there was a pin-insert candle that made me visibly panic, and my hands almost started moving chaotically. Later I figured it out: trading doesn’t require every second to feel comfortable. As long as your original judgment hasn’t been negated by what’s happening on the order book, you shouldn’t get shaken out by a single fake breakout.

When the price finally fell from 16.26 to 13.68, the answer became clear—+1121.49% was just the outcome of this post-trade review. After you make money, what you should remember the most isn’t excitement, but that when you face similar pressure and rejection at high levels in the future, you still need patience and also restraint against the impulse to chase the sell-off.
