At the same time, the registered capital increased from about RMB 5.28 million to about RMB 5.41 million. The company was established in August 2023. The legal representative is Jiang Yimin. Its business scope includes integrated circuit design, integrated circuit chip design and services, and the sales of integrated circuit chips and products.
