7.29 MU Market Analysis

MU is not a cryptocurrency. It is a U.S. stock perpetual futures contract launched by Beyond (彼岸), which is benchmarked against Nasdaq storage-chip giant Micron Technology (美光科技, Micron). The market tracks the overseas semiconductor sector; its price movements follow the fluctuations of U.S. stock trading sessions. Liquidity and volatility rhythms are clearly different from those of cryptocurrencies.

From the 1-hour chart, the overall structure remains a sustained downtrend channel with price moving lower. The price has been under long-term pressure, trading along the Bollinger Midline. After this leg of decline set a new interim low at 757.01, a technical rebound appeared. The RSI indicator has recovered from the oversold zone, rising back, but it has not formed a valid bullish convergence. The MACD green histogram converging only indicates that downside momentum has temporarily eased; it does not constitute a trend-reversal signal.

The current rebound is a repair impulse after the selloff. The first key resistance above is around the Bollinger Midline at about 816, where there is clear suppression of upside potential. Net capital outflows are showing on the order book, and the strength of bulls’ support is weak. In the short term, this rebound is likely a liquidity-hunt (bull trap) structure. In terms of trading strategy, it’s not advisable to chase longs. Wait for the rebound to reach the pressure zone, then consider short opportunities. Defend based on the recent lows, and strictly manage leverage positions.
