#美国四大银行拟推共享代币化存款网络 JPMorgan Chase and three other major U.S. banks plan to launch a shared tokenized deposits network in the first half of 2027

ChainCatcher report: JPMorgan Chase, Bank of America, Citigroup, and Wells Fargo are collaborating to build a shared tokenized deposits network, operated by The Clearing House, a payments company jointly held by large banks. The plan is to convert commercial deposits into tokens that can be transferred between member banks around the clock, with a target launch in the first half of 2027.
The network’s initial users will be multinational enterprises. The product scope includes programmable treasury, real-time liquidity management, and cross-border payments.
David Watson, CEO of The Clearing House, said the project is a major initiative for banks. JPMorgan Chase’s Kinexys platform currently handles more than $7 billion in average daily processing volume, and since its launch has processed a total of more than $4 trillion. Citi Token Services has been running in the U.S., the U.K., Singapore, and Hong Kong, transferring billions of dollars via Citi’s own network.
