If you’re fired for remote work, is there an N+1 compensation?

There should be, especially for bigger projects like exchanges / public chains / media, etc. These companies usually have a longer survival cycle. Also, these companies do KYC when you get hired, meaning you upload the front and back of your ID card.
But in reality, most Web3 jobs are basically over once the work ends—sometimes they don’t even tell you that it’s already over. Usually a project runs for 3–6 months. Think about it: if the project is gone, would they still compensate you afterward?
Also, many projects handle it with a “cold treatment”—the boss is already gone early. In this situation, the only option for everyone is to require a shorter payment cycle. Generally, when KOLs publish content, it’s pay first, then publish. Of course, for trusted partners, you can sometimes do publish first, then pay—work is the same.
Work can be monthly / weekly / daily settled. Of course, except for short-term gig workers for one-off work (AMA guests, temporary BDs, etc.), in other cases weekly settlement is the most comfortable.
Most of the roles recommended by Hoshino University come from founders I know nearby (teams), so this part is backed as a safeguard. I’ve run into cases before where someone got recruited through the group, and after joining, my friend also got tricked, so their salary couldn’t be received for a while. In that situation, if you tell me, I’ll fight to secure the largest possible rights for you. If you don’t tell me, then I have no way.
Also, I want to praise @ for having a recurring transfer service. For some projects with a high hiring demand, they might recruit 10–20 people at once. I’ll require weekly settlement, and each time the funds are transferred to me, they’ll be distributed to everyone uniformly. There are currently four projects running, and the students in each project are also really happy.
