What can be determined for now is that the “Clear Act” has already been shelved, and the odds of it being passed before the Senate adjourns on August 8 are very low. I don’t understand why some KOLs in the English-speaking crypto community keep pushing that it’s about to be passed—how many long positions/orders have they opened?
