Deep Tide TechFlow news: On July 29, Jia Yangqing, former Alibaba technology vice president and founder of Lepton AI, announced the launch of a new company, Intent Lab, and unveiled its in-house Agent team “Fleet,” aiming to directly convert users’ natural-language needs into software systems that can be deployed in production environments.

According to the announcement, users only need to describe their development intent (Intent). Fleet can then handle the entire workflow end to end, from system architecture design, code development, and infrastructure deployment to testing, quality validation, and performance optimization. The goal is not just to generate code, but to deliver runnable, production-grade software. It is also reported that Intent Lab has already showcased multiple early achievements, including the GLM-5.2 inference engine, one-time database creation, and a fully validated Agent file system.
