Mars Finance news: According to a report by Jint10, on July 28 local time, the U.S. Senate passed a procedural vote on a bill aimed at imposing sanctions on Russia and Iran, with 86 votes in favor and 12 against. Under the bill’s provisions, the U.S. will impose a 100% secondary tariff on countries that continue purchasing Russian oil and natural gas. In addition, the bill adds new clauses to extend the Iran sanctions measures that were originally set to expire at the end of this year, ensuring that the relevant sanctions remain in effect.
