When the screen is filled with green candles, people are most likely to forget their original plan. In the early session right after the sell-off, $FIL quickly loosened from the high, the seemingly strong rally in the front began to show fatigue, rebounds kept getting shorter, while selling pressure became more and more obvious.

When I look back at FIL’s chart, I find that the overhead resistance has never really eased, and volume hasn’t effectively expanded. Several upward pullbacks failed to continue. After the price reached 0.9335, I promptly executed the go-long—no guessing the bottom, and no changing the pace along with emotions.

Now the current price is 0.7027. This short trade’s return is +1192.21%. The outcome was even more decisive than what I had imagined while waiting, and this profit feels great.

Position management stays the same: first close 80%, and move the remaining 20%’s protective stop near the entry cost. If there’s still downside space, let the profits run on their own. Once a clear rebound appears, prioritize protecting the portion already realized.

Panic happens because there was no plan; losses happen because you think too much. If you haven’t boarded yet, listen to me: don’t chase orders during this sharp drop—wait for the next round of a more comfortable level.
