$KORU Hard crash from 17 to 14—who’s lying, longs or shorts?

At a price of 14.18, it’s down 17.56% in 24 hours, with $1.3 billion in trading volume. The intraday range is nearly 30%—is it finally bottoming out, or will it keep collapsing?
Bull case: 1) 13.25 has huge buy-side absorption, and support is clearly strong at this level; 2) there’s strong willingness to sweep orders off-exchange, suggesting major players are accumulating at the bottom; 3) the sharp selloff is on shrinking volume, meaning sell pressure is starting to exhaust.
Bear case: 1) the daily chart’s dead cross hasn’t been repaired, and the short-side layout is obvious; 2) once the 14 support level breaks, it’s the next move to 12—there’s currently no bottoming structure; 3) trading volume of 1313M shows longs and shorts are still in a fierce standoff—the direction hasn’t been chosen yet, so it’s easiest to get whipsawed up and down.
My plan: If it’s above 14, I’ll probe with a small position; set a stop-loss at 13.8. If it falls below 13.2, I leave without conditions. The aggressive approach waits for 15.5 to stabilize before going long on the right side; conservative traders keep watching.
If it goes up, deduct 1; if it crashes, deduct 2.
