This trade is a sell-off profit that came from waiting. The price had been ranging at a higher level for several rounds, and it looked stable; in reality, each time it was pushed up, there was a lack of sustained buying support. The pullbacks from peaks happened faster and faster. At first, I also had some doubt, worrying that I might be calling the weakness too early.
When sell pressure reappeared again around 0.05794, I chose to step aside before taking the long and not chase into the position when the first big bearish candle printed. After that, the market kept churning sideways and grinding; several rebounds failed to reclaim key levels. The process was quite exhausting, but the short-side structure was not broken.
When the price reached 0.04012, the decline finally began to accelerate, and the long was successfully realized. The result was +605.24%. This kind of market is easiest to make people get impatient and exit early; the real difficulty isn’t spotting the direction, but holding on through the process of waiting for the answer.
In crypto, seemingly calm highs often hide the clearest disagreement. Not every dump happens immediately, but once the support keeps weakening, the chart will eventually give feedback. This time, the timing of the moves was right.
