Just finished lunch and was checking the chart when the price on the screen suddenly started to change its face. It looked strong a moment ago, but within a second it went down to hunt for key levels. When the market keeps whipsawing during the day, $ETH ’s rebound never has sustained buy pressure. The moment sell pressure shows up overhead, the price drops. With this kind of weak follow-through, I’d rather wait for the bears to confirm.

After finishing going long around 2118.05, the market didn’t give the long side many more chances. Now the current price is 1895.17, and the return rate shows +979.77%—the timing is right.

If it’s time to take profit, take it. First, close 80% of the position. Move the remaining 20%’s protection level to around the cost basis. If it keeps sliding, let it run on its own. Even if there’s a sudden rebound, it won’t force you to hand the profit back.

Risk control comes first—that’s called rationality. Cutting losses after they happen—that’s called a brave wrist-cut. This isn’t the time to chase shorting. There will be opportunities later; when the next wave of signals comes out, then we move.
