This recent move has really shaken people up. After the price surged, it refused to fall for a long time; shorts looked like they had no chance, while longs kept generating strong momentum. The place most likely to make you lose your head is right here—worrying that in the blink of an eye it could be pulled up, forcing you to keep doubting your own judgment. But what I noticed is that every rebound failed to continue: the price has remained below the high-level area, under pressure.
The short went from 0.4076 to 0.3232. The interim pullbacks were indeed exhausting, but the ability to hold at the highs kept getting weaker. Only after the sell-off showed up did the rhythm truly open up. This time, I didn’t bail out because of short-term volatility. The final post-trade review result was +1467.5%.
This trade made me confirm again that the short logic isn’t valid just because it has been falling; the earlier exposed problems still hadn’t been resolved. These details—can’t push up, can’t catch bids, and weak rebounds—stacked together and created room for downside. After the market played out, I became even more confident in this direction, but I won’t start to get arrogant just because I pocketed a win.
