This spot in the front looks very strong. A lot of people should’ve had the urge to chase the single and get onboard. Back then, I actually felt a bit doubtful.

After pumping up, it didn’t continue to see increased volume. The price was repeatedly pushed back into the original range, as if it were trying to build confidence for the longs, while the pressure at the high end had already become increasingly obvious.

The short went from 16.26 down to 13.56. Along the way there were some spikes and quick pullbacks; when I felt itchy, I definitely wanted to get out early. Luckily, I wasn’t thrown off by one or two pumps. Only after the support finally loosened did the market hand over the true direction. The result of this final replay was +1178.22%.

This kind of market structure is the easiest to misjudge. Superficial strength doesn’t mean there’s really someone taking it. Failing to break through is part of the answer itself. Stay in the crypto space long enough, and you’ll know: shorts aren’t made by guessing—they wait for the loopholes at high levels to show. What I managed to capture in this move today didn’t come from being bold, but from not getting carried away by the fake breakout.
