Just as I carried the coffee to the table edge, the chart made the decision for me first: when $BILL went down with that kick, the shorts finally released the pressure they’d been holding.
When the market dumped in the early session, I saw price repeatedly push up around 0.14088, but it never managed to form a valid support. As soon as the sell wall was pressed, the rebound immediately lost steam. At the time, the call was clear: the key level above hadn’t disappeared yet. Chasing longs would easily trap you, so it was better to wait for a pullback confirmation—so I executed the long trade.
Now the price is at 0.0235, and the short position is already up +1640.96%. This profit feels great. Take profit on 80% first; leave the remaining 20% and move the protection level to around your entry cost. If it keeps selling off, let the profits run. Even if it bounces back, don’t give back the edge you’ve locked in.
Being short isn’t a crime—opening trades randomly is the mistake.
Take profits first, and your mindset won’t get dragged around by the next K-line.
Friends who haven’t gotten on yet, don’t rush to chase. Let the missed move stay missed. Wait for the next wave of signals to appear, then handle it according to the rhythm—there will be more opportunities later.
