This trade was quite torturous from the time I started paying attention to the time it finally got settled. The price hovered around 0.08432, moving back and forth; one moment the board would pump, the next it would dump, and a lot of signals kept contradicting each other. I didn’t rush to chase; instead, I kept watching whether the rebound at the higher levels had real follow-through.
What was the most uncomfortable was after I opened the short position—when the price didn’t drop right away, but instead came back a few times to test near that level. My mindset nearly broke. In the past, I often exited early because I was afraid of a pullback; this time, as long as the key levels at the highs didn’t change, I didn’t let short-term fluctuations wash me out.
Later, when the price rallied to around 0.08134, sell pressure began to release clearly, and the shorts’ rhythm became smoother and smoother. In the end, this trade landed at +248.24%. The result proved that the waiting earlier wasn’t in vain—the market wasn’t figured out just by guessing; it became clear after repeated validation.
The biggest fear in futures trading is getting overconfident after you start making money—just because you’ve eaten a segment, you start fantasizing that the next one will keep coming. This move today made it clearer: being right is only the beginning. To actually take the outcome, you still have to endure the grinding and fake actions, and don’t let emotions make decisions for you.
