$SNDK USDC SanDisk Late Report: The rebound faced repeated pressure, broke down and moved lower; on the four-hour cycle, rebounds hit resistance and a short position is planned at the high level

News: The global demand for storage chips is recovering slower than the market’s earlier expectations, and the industry’s inventory digestion pace has slowed. Overall risk appetite in the technology sector has declined, and capital has continued to flow out of the storage track. In the short term, there is a lack of strong sector-positive catalysts; the persistence of the storage sector’s rebound is weak, and bulls lack enthusiasm to chase higher with new long positions.

Technical: On the four-hour timeframe, the recent swing highs keep trending lower. A bearish structure based on trend BOS has been established, and price has broken down through moving-average supports consecutively. The key overhead pressure zone is formed by the FVG gap above plus the order block, at 1230-1248. The moving-average system has broadly turned downward, creating layered suppression; near-term support lies at 1204, with key support around 1180.

Trading suggestion: When the rebound touches the 1230-1248 resistance zone, scale in short positions in batches. Don’t aggressively chase shorts near the current price; wait for the rebound to show rejection before entering. For short-term targets, first watch 1204; if there is a valid breakdown, it can further target 1180.

⚠️The technology sector is prone to being hit by broader market sentiment. All trades must strictly set stop-losses; no holding positions for the long term.

The bearish trend is clear, and any rebound is a chance to short.
