Deep Tide TechFlow: July 28, according to Bloomberg, the UK real-estate technology startup Dwelly announced it has completed $170 million in funding to acquire more real-estate companies and introduce artificial intelligence into its operating system. This round was led by EQT Growth and General Catalyst, including $95 million in equity financing and a $75 million debt financing facility provided by Trinity Capital. The company did not disclose a valuation.
