On the 28th, South Korea’s KOSPI fell below the 6000 level, and heavyweight stocks dropped sharply, triggering panic across global stock markets.

Risk assets overall saw an increase in risk-off/hedging sentiment, and as Bitcoin is a high-risk asset, its technicals have already weakened: it has repeatedly tested and failed to break above resistance. Combined with the broader weakness in overseas stock markets, whenever something happens, Bitcoin is the first to be hit—leading with the downside. In the morning, it showed an ultra-fast dip; it is currently still making a small recovery near the 63,500 lows, and the overall rebound strength remains weak.
Since Big Pie (BTC) set a peak at 66,924, the price action has continued to trend downward. Pushing to test the 67,200 area will likely have to be delayed further. If you’re thinking about catching a bottom, it’s recommended to wait a bit longer. In this environment, everyone is in risk-off mode, and there’s nobody stepping in to take the other side. For current operations, it is still recommended to go with the trend and focus on high-short setups; don’t fight the trend.
