SOXS at 60.37 is still going crazy. The 28% upside is backed by $20 million in trading volume being dumped into it. I bought 10% at 60.0; I set a stop-loss at 58.5 and take-profit at 62.0. Don’t ask why I’m not going all-in—at the daily level it hasn’t firmly held yet, and chasing rallies is likely to get punished. Yesterday’s low was 46.69, and today it surged to 61.05. The volatility is cranked up—this is exactly a good time to trade the spread. Position management is the real key to survival. Guess the next leg: will it pull back to 55 or keep pushing to 65? Anyway, I’m sticking to discipline—won’t leave unless it hits the stop-loss; won’t get greedy once it hits the take-profit. Remember, this can cut in half in a day or double in a day—keep your stop-loss in place before you play. I’m a dip-buying and high-selling crowd; I follow the trend, not my emotions. No trades outside the plan.
