There’s still been no movement. The recent daytime chart is like this: tasteless to eat, regrettable to discard. Earlier in the morning, the breakdown-driven drop saw BTC directly probe the 63,000 level, with ETH moving in sync down to the 1,865 level. After that came a long repair process—its momentum was extremely weak. From the morning low, it only provided a straight-line rebound space of about 600 points.

The one thing that’s more interesting is SNDK: it successfully broke down from 1,200 to the 1,188 area, and on the pullback it delivered a very strong move along the trend. For this kind of market structure right now, friends who haven’t opened positions yet don’t need to rush into short-selling.

Mindless, blind trading forever won’t make you stand out. The current rebound momentum has clearly not been used up completely, and there is still some room in the short term. On the 4-hour timeframe: after the price touched the lower band, it delivered a brief market rebound. The earlier breakdown already opened up the downside space, and bearish sentiment is still strong. That’s exactly why the short-term rebound is also about strengthening and consolidating the pullback with volume.

Why say the rebound hasn’t ended? On the 1-hour timeframe: after the bottom, the market rose with a four-day consecutive run of green candles. The short-term repair momentum is relatively clear. The MACD histogram of negative (bearish) bars continues to decrease and turns positive; both moving averages are also not willing to fall behind, gradually developing toward a golden-cross configuration. This proves that the sentiment for short-term rebound continuation is still increasing with volume. In this situation, the rebound hasn’t ended—so the timing for shorts is not yet here. Our plan can wait. If you want to trade short-term, you can take advantage of the rebound space first, then follow through by going short.
