Crypto bull cycles begin and grow not from the period’s economic data, but from period-based stories. In other words, in order to say that a bull cycle is coming, the story part first needs to take shape. So if you ask whether this period has a bull story, there is the “Clarity Act” law expected to be submitted to the Senate by the United States, and if this law passes the Senate, it will be remembered in history as a highly credible “bull story.”

But before that, what you need to know is that for this story to be able to begin, the bill has to pass through the Senate this week. Otherwise, the Senate will go into recess and it will be pushed to autumn. If it gets pushed to autumn, it won’t only delay the bull market—because the United States will be heading into an election, this law will fall off the agenda for a long time, and our bull story will be over.
