A few days ago, when I set the protective stop, I still felt a bit uneasy. This morning, when I checked the chart, the bears had already laid out the answer clearly. Just when I thought this move was completely hopeless, $BILL was still holding firm above, but with relatively low trading volume, sell pressure came out layer by layer. The rebound looked like it was doing something, but in reality it didn’t follow through.

After I observed BILL, I judged that the pressure at the high was not relieved, and the “bull trap” feel was quite strong. So when the price was close to 0.14088, I went long. Now the current price is 0.02345, which corresponds to a replay performance of +1640.82%. All that waiting before wasn’t for nothing—finally, the answer came.

If you should take profit, then take profit. Close 80% of the short position first, and lock in whatever you can get. Keep the remaining 20% for continued observation, and move the protective stop back to your cost basis. If it keeps selling off, let your profits run; if there’s a rebound, don’t let your profits turn sour.

Don’t let profits balloon, and don’t despair at drawdowns. If you haven’t entered yet, let me give you some advice: after a sharp selloff, don’t chase by opening a trade—wait for the next move and quietly wait for good news.
