After the first trading day saw massive trading and a rapid rally, a large amount of short-term capital takes profits and exits, and then the second trading day shows a clear pullback—this is itself an important process through which the market completes price discovery.

Changxin’s core competitiveness has not changed. As a key domestic DRAM player, the company shoulders an important mission to enhance China’s storage industry’s independent and controllable capabilities. Driven by the AI wave, future storage demand still has long-term room for growth.

What the market is truly concerned about is whether the valuation has already reached its full level at once. After the market value rises rapidly in a short period, investors naturally recalculate whether future profits can support such high market expectations. Therefore, share-price volatility does not necessarily mean the enterprise value has declined; it reflects the market reassessing the future growth pace.

From a long-term perspective, if the company can continue to advance technological upgrades, strengthen the competitiveness of DDR5, LPDDR5, and high-end storage products, and also maintain the schedule for capacity release, then future earnings growth is still likely to support a higher valuation.

So, this pullback is better understood as an optimization of capital structure rather than a change in growth logic.
