Crypto News reported that, according to Saudi state media, Saudi Foreign Minister Faisal bin Farhan Al Saud received phone calls from the Prime Minister and Foreign Minister of Qatar and from Kuwait’s Foreign Minister. Saudi Press Agency reported: “In two separate calls, both sides discussed the latest developments in the region and ways to strengthen and support joint efforts to maintain regional security and stability. Both sides also condemned and strongly opposed attacks launched by Iran and its affiliated militia groups in Yemen and Iraq against Saudi Arabia and other countries in the region.” Saudi Press Agency also reported that Faisal received a phone call from UK Foreign Secretary Miliband. Miliband condemned attacks by the Houthis against Saudi Arabia. The report said this was the first call between Miliband and Saudi counterparts since he took office as the UK’s highest-ranking foreign diplomat.
