BTC started dumping at 7:00 this morning, directly breaking through the POC (price point of control/chip concentration area) that had been holding up for the past two days.

With this move, the situation changes in nature—what used to be support (the POC) becomes resistance/pressure. Anyone who entered at this level has now turned into stuck positions. Next, if there’s a rebound back near the POC, the first reaction from these longs will be “finally out of the bag, let’s run,” so this zone will form fresh sell pressure.

In other words, the POC becomes a graveyard for longs. After that, if a rebound approaches this area, don’t chase if you don’t have a position; if you do have long orders, cut/trim them—unless CVD and volume can once again clearly show renewed buying pressure, in which case it’s likely to just bounce and then be slapped back down again.
